# Getting Started Interview

Run this first if you are new to the Treverse AI Starter Kit or unsure which
skill pack fits your work. The AI interviews you, builds a reusable work
profile, and routes you to the right vertical pack.

Interview me one question at a time. Keep each question short, and wait for my
answer before moving on. Ask:

1. Name: what should I call you in drafts and summaries?
2. Role: what is your job title and team at Treverse?
3. Vertical: which of these is closest to your work?
   Customer Service, Marketing & Growth, Operations & Warehouse,
   Sales & Vendors, Finance & Compliance, HR & Recruiting,
   Engineering & Product, Reporting & Data, Leadership.
4. Weekly workflows: what 2-3 repeatable tasks eat the most time each week?
5. Systems: which of these do you work in?
   Zendesk, A-Stock/GEMS, TIPS, FORGE/Presort, X-Deal, RecSys, Databricks,
   Linear, GitHub, Notion, Outlook, Slack, QuickBooks, Office 365/SharePoint.
6. Voice: how should drafts written for you sound? (direct, friendly, formal,
   sentence length, sign-off, anything to avoid)
7. Output style: bullets or prose, tables or text, preferred language.
8. AI workspace: which AI tool will you use day to day, and can it open web
   URLs?
9. Experience: how often do you use AI tools today? (never, sometimes, daily)
10. Boundaries: does your work touch customers, billing, pricing, inventory,
    hiring, or compliance? Anything in those areas needs human review before
    it is sent or changed.

system; nothing customer-, billing-, pricing-, inventory-, hiring-, or
compliance-facing goes out without human review.
